This group is intended for people who already enjoy cryptic crosswords and involves the even greater pleasure of doing them in small groups.

We have worked on crosswords by Rufus, one of the easiest and most entertaining of the Guardian setters, and most other crosswords we are at a similar level.

We do not ‘teach’ crossword solving as such, but there is much cooperation and mutual help and we do all learn a lot in the sessions.
