The sessions will include delving into memories and the sharing of experiences, from throughout our lives. There will be practical exercises in autobiographical writing.

Also, with a view to a podcast series, participants (if they wish) will be invited to be interviewed (by myself) about their lives, their loves and joys, difficulties and interests, and overall perspective upon life, society and the universe.

This group will now start in September 2026.
