The AGM is your opportunity to nominate a member/s to the Committee. Roles becoming vacant will include:
- the Chair
- IT support
- Policy support
- Pop-ups/events coordinator
Nominations to be submitted to the Business Secretary by 7th November.
The Agenda, Reports and Accounts and a Nominations form will be circulated 17 October.
We need a minimum number of members present to meet our legal quorum. Without this quorum, we cannot vote on official business or elect committee members. Please try to attend in person or on zoom. Failing to reach quorum would force us to reschedule.
